Half the Price but All The Fun!
Christmas might be over but the presents and the fun aren’t. CanalAbility is offering canal boat hire on both its day and holiday boats at half price. You can book for a day or up to two weeks and provided your trip starts in January or February you will only pay half the advertised price.
After planning and organising your Christmas and New Year celebrations it’s time to take it easy, relax and put your feet up. What better way to enjoy yourself than cruising in the beautiful Essex and Hertfordshire countryside? However, if you do still have some excess energy you can get involved in the steering of the boat or changing the locks. The kids will love it.
Day trips are fully crewed by qualified volunteers, at no extra cost, so you can just take it easy. If you choose a holiday option (i.e. one involving an overnight stay) you will be fully trained to make the most of your hard earned break. All our boats have full central heating so you will wake up in cosy comfort and enjoy a sunrise you won’t forget.
All our boats are accessible to wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. They are also steerable by wheelchair users using our remote control system.
Day trips start from around £5 per person (assumes 12 people in party – maximum), for a 4 hour cruise.
