On Saturday 24th June 2017, Volunteers from CANALABILTY, along with friends and family will be “Chasing the Sun” from the Head of the River Stort at Bishops Stortford to its end near Dobbs Weir, a distance of 24 kilometres.
In doing so the group will be raising money by way of sponsorship to support the continual good work of CANALABILTY!
Leaving Bishops Stortford on foot at 22.14 they aim to get to Dobbs Weir before the sun rises at 03.50.
In line with the ethos of CANALABILITY, the group completing this event will be made up of people of all abilities.
